  • B-values (25/85) depending on the R(25°C) value: 3.000 K to 5.000 K
  • Accuracy: Point-matched NTC with very high accuracy in between ± 1% to ± 10%

Design:

  • Sizes: 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206
  • Contacts: Tinned solder pads
  • Operating temperature range: -40°C to 125°C

CT Series

 

  • NTC thermistor in a robust SMD design

Characteristics:

  • B-values (25/85) depending on the R(25°C) value: 3.000 K to 5.000 K
  • Accuracy: Point-matched NTC with high accuracy in between ± 1% to ± 10%

Design:

  • Sizes: 0603, 0805, or 1206 depending on the R/T curve
  • Contacts: Gold-plated solder pads
  • Operating temperature range: -30°C to 110°C

SOT Series

 

  • NTC thermistor with a robust SMD-transistor casing

  • Nominal resistance R(25°C) customizable: 1 kΩ to 500 kΩ
  • B-values (25/85) depending on the R(25°C) value: 3.000 K to 5.000 K
  • Accuracy: Point-matched NTC with high accuracy in between ± 1% to ± 10%

Design:

  • Casing: SOT25 for through hole assembly on PCB
  • Operating temperature range: -40°C to 150°C
