• Epoxy-resin encapsulated NTC thermistor with insulated lead wires

R/T Characteristic:

• Very large portfolio of standard and customer-specific R/T curves
• Nominal resistance R(25°C) customizable: 1 kΩ to 500 kΩ
• B-values (25/85) depending on the R(25°C) value: 3,100 K to 5,000 K
• Accuracy:
  Point-matched NTC with high accuracy in between ± 1% to ± 10%,
  smaller tolerances possible on customer demand
  OR
  Interchangeable NTC with very high accuracy of e.g. ± 0,1 K in between 0°C to 90°C,
  customer-specific customization of interval and accuracy possible

Design:

• Sensor head diameter: Depends on the gauge of the lead wires, e.g. head diameter 2.4 mm with a wire gauge of AWG 30
• Lead wires: Customization with wire gauges of AWG 32 (0.032 mm²) to AWG 24 (0,23mm²),
  single leads of different lengths or double-leads,
  wire insulation depends on the operating temperature range.
  Optionally wire endings can be stripped and tinned, not stripped or crimp contacts.
• Operating temperature range: -50°C to 150°C
• Approvals: UL approval for certain curves
